Top Brokers is a directory of Australian mortgage and finance brokers operated by Fundd. Fundd itself is a mortgage broker. Listings are general information compiled from public sources, not a recommendation, and do not consider your personal circumstances.

Listings and rankings

Listings may be incomplete or out of date. Rankings follow the published method on How we rank and are not endorsements. Check any broker's licence on ASIC's professional registers.

Credit Guide, fees and referrals

A Credit Guide is provided as part of the advice process. Details of any fees, commissions or referral payments are provided in the Credit Guide before you proceed.

Matching and submissions

When you use Get Matched or send a general enquiry, your enquiry goes to the Fundd team (team@fundd.com.au), who may respond directly or refer it to a suitable broker. An enquiry to a specific listed broker is recorded against that listing. An enquiry is not a credit application or a personal assessment.

Enquiries are saved first. Team email notifications use Brevo. We only confirm an email notification once the email service has accepted it. If sending is paused or an email cannot be confirmed, your request stays saved and the confirmation tells you its status. Acceptance by the email service is not a guarantee of inbox delivery.

When you submit a form you receive a reference number.
